Return Process

  Log into your NEC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
